company understands the significance of confidentiality of data provided by the clients for
the proceedings of their applications. Any data or information recorded by the client on the
website is under custody of the company following Information Technology Act 2000 and
applicable rules. As a service provider company we are bound not to disclose any kind of
personal records/information of the candidates to any other company or third party.
Information provided by the client will only be used for the proceeding of their
applications.
Terms & Conditions
- It is considered that SUBLIME attestation & Visa Services is a service provider company
helping out the candidates/ companies/ corporates to furnish their legalization & visa
related requirements with all its sources. However the last decision of servicing is up
to the respective authority itself. In such cases, service charges of the proceeds
applications are applicable and must be paid by the client before at the time of
collecting the documents back.
- It is understood that business exchange is a transaction which occurs between the
company and the clientele under mutually agreed terms. Henceforth it is expected from
the client not to disclose any business terms with another company/ agents/ person not
related to both parties.
- This Company provides attestation on the original documents. Lamination (if applicable)
of the documents should be removed from the original documents before submitting it to
the company. Otherwise the company will not be responsible for the damage cause to the
original document while delamination.
- 75% payment of the quoted amount should be prepaid by the client to proceed its
application. However the company holds the right to reduce the pre-payment percentage
upon mutual agreement with the client. Entire payment of the service should be paid by
the client at the time of collection / dispatchment of the original documents.
- The client will get notified once the process is completed. Incase of no response /
collection from client's side for more than 6 months, the company holds the right to
condemn the documents without any prior notice to the client.
